When renting a car without driver (self drive)
- An International Driving License is required for foreigners
and Local driving license for Indonesian Citizen.
- Rental rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), unlimited
Kilometers (Kms) and it has been included of Government tax and
service charge. An advance deposit is not needed to confirm the
bookings simply just send email confirmation then the car will be
prepared for the requested dates. Fully services; free delivery
and/or collection of vehicle to Denpasar International airport or
to your hotels within Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur,
Legian/Seminyak/Kerobokan/Canggu (Kuta) and Ubud areas.
- Rental rates are for 24 hours (self-drive). The rental
extension should be informed not less than 24 hours before the
expiry date and time, otherwise the car may pre-booked by another
party. If the renter didn't return the car and inform to the
rental company within 24 hours since the expiry date and time, the
car rental company will right report it to the police Department
mentioning that the car is lost or stolen, all risks taken by
police department through the government law will be the renter's
responsibility.
- Extra hours is available @ IDR 25,000 per-hour (SELF DRIVE).
- The renter is not permitted to drive a car on the beach and/or
bring it out of the island or extremely not be allowed to drive
the car when being sick or drunk. The renter will be fully
responsible to any consequence caused when giving the car to be
driven by a person other than the renter stated on the car rental
contract.
- Payment and Cancellation:
Full payment should be paid in advance upon signing of the car
rental contract/on the day of the car delivery in cash basis,
Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), United States Dollar (USD), European
currency (EURO) and it could be converted to other foreign
currencies at prevailing to the exchange rate on the day of
payment. When the car is returned by the renter of any personal
caused prior to the end of contract period, a 50% cancellation fee
will be charged for the remaining days of the former contract
agreement. And one-day of rent will be charged for canceling the
reservation less than 24 hours from the day of the vehicle
delivery. Any refunds are not applied for the car insurance cost.
- The lower price range listed for self drive of rental is not
inclusive car insurance yet, any damages, accident, theft of the
car or any part of it will be at fully customer's own liability
risk up to
US$ 6,500 (Katana)
US$ 7,500 (Feroza)
US$ 8,500 (Standard Kijang)
US$ 8,500 (Suzuki Karimun)
US$ 12,500 (Taruna/Xenia/Avanza)
US$ 15,000 (Kijang LGX)
US$ 24,000 (Kijang Innova)
And upper price listed has been a special package rate inclusive
car insurance which is fully car insurance coverage, any damages,
accident, theft of the car or any part of it will be at car
insurance company liability risk with own risk excess up to IDR
200,000 per accident.
Insurance covers up to 5 passengers included a driver:
Third Party Liability (T.P.L): IDR10,000,000 per-accident
Personal Accident (P.A) - Driver: IDR5,000,000 per-accident
Personal Accident (P.A) - Passengers: IDR5,000,000 per-person (up
to 4 persons).
Self drive of rent included car insurance could be suggested for
safety and un expecting trouble could be hidden.
When renting a car with English speaking driver
- Rental rate is for up to 8 - 10hours per day included of Car
Insurance, Government tax and Service charge.
- Rental rate is excluding gasoline where it should be born by
the renters subjected to the places you may wish to visit so
that gasoline cost would be at a guest's controlled.
- Extra Hours is available @ IDR35,000 per HOUR.
- Rental rate is flat means it doesn't including meals,
drinks, snacks, donation fees and ticketing fee for show, etc.
- Accommodation fee, meals, drinks, etc. for the driver are
necessary and it would be at a guest's responsibility for any
overnight tour programs.
- PAYMENT:
Payment for car with driver program could be settled once at the
end of the rental period in cash basis; Indonesian Rupiah (IDR),
United States Dollar (USD) or it could be converted to other
foreign currencies at prevailing to the exchange rate on the day
of payment. Cancellation fee for one day of rent will be charged
for canceling the reservation less that 24 hours from the day to
be picked up.
